ABOUT
Chef D' was born and raised in the Federal Hill, area of Baltimore. Coming from a long lineage of culinary experts chefs, Chef D started experimenting in the kitchen as an elementary school student. It was his mother's love for the culinary arts and encouragement that led him to pursue a career in the food industry.
After graduating from BIC (Baltimore International College) he landed his first kitchen job as a dishwasher. Dedicated to his craft and willingness to learn and adapt he worked his way up through the ranks. It was his first mentor Chef Ayllett that gave him his extensive training in the world of crafting Creole, Southern, and, New Orleans style cuisine.
Now with over 20 years of experience in the culinary arts, he brings that special additive to continue to dazzle the palettes of his customers. Overseeing the process from start to finish ensuring that every dish created is crafted with precision and delivered with enthusiasm.
